Brunch Theme: Jem & the Holograms
The theme this month is inspired by the new Jem & the Holograms comics and the classic 80’s T.V. show. Let's get together for some delicious food, bottomless mimosas, and a private karaoke party. This is a 21 y/o & over event for all geek girls.
Brunch Location & Information:
Our brunch spot will be Pink Rose Restaurant on NW Lovejoy & 13th Ave. Brunch will begin at 11:30am and afterwards we will all head to Voicebox NW for 2 hours of private karaoke.

Pink Rose has designed a custom prix fixe menu for our brunch. You’ll be able to choose from five different entrees and bottomless mimosas! We’ll send out the menu closer to the date of the event. (Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available.)
We want to encourage everyone to dress up for brunch. We’ll have a prize for the best costume so have some fun! Please see below for more information on brunch attire.
Post Brunch Activity:
After brunch we’ll head over to Voicebox NW for 2 hours of private karaoke. Take a look at their song list and get ready to belt out some tunes. We’ll have a prize for best performance at karaoke. Now this doesn’t mean you have to be the best singer, you just have to put on the best show.

RSVP & Pricing:
If you would like to attend brunch, please purchase a ticket. Brunch is $30/person and this includes a brunch entrée, bottomless mimosas, and gratuity. We have 20 spaces available for brunch. Spots will be reserved as people purchase tickets. Brunch is from 11:30-1:30pm.
Our karaoke event after brunch is $8/person and this includes 2 hours of private karaoke. If you would like to purchase food or drinks at karaoke please bring cash or a credit card. Karaoke is from 2:00-4:00pm.
The swag bags you’ll receive at brunch will be free, as a way of thank you for attending out event.
We would love everyone that attends brunch to also join us for karaoke but we understand that might not work into everyone’s schedules. Don’t worry if you can only make one of the events, we still want you to attend! Please purchase tickets only to the events you can attend.
Brunch Attire:
We encourage all brunchettes to dress up in costume, Jem themed apparel, or whatever floats your boat! Cosplay is definitely encouraged! You are free to dress up as much – or as little – as you want! There will be attendees in all different levels of themed dress, so you don’t have to worry about sticking out for what you’re wearing. More importantly, this is a safe space and you don’t need to be afraid of letting your geek flag fly! We’re an all-inclusive bunch having brunch, so don’t be afraid.
Cancellations:
If for some reason, you cannot attend brunch or karaoke but purchased a ticket, please notify us via email within 72 hours to make changes accordingly. Cancellations after 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund. Send cancellations to: [email protected]
